====Flußquantisierung in Supraleitern==== bei T<Tc (kritische = Sprungtemperatur) werden viele Materialien supraleitend. Die Elektronen bilden Cooper- Paare (Ladung 2e). Meißner- Effekt: Magnetfeld wird aus dem Supraleiter verdrängt (Supraleiter 1. Art) Betrachten wir einen supraleitenden Hohlzylinder: Die Wellenfunktion der Cooperpaare (eines Cooperpaares) lautet: :<math>\Psi (\bar{r})=\Psi \acute{\ }(\bar{r}){{e}^{i\frac{2e}{\hbar }\int\limits_{{{{\bar{r}}}_{0}}}^{{\bar{r}}}{\bar{A}(\bar{s})d\bar{s}}}}</math> Das heißt für <math>{{\bar{r}}_{0}}=\bar{r}\Rightarrow \Psi (\bar{r})=\Psi \acute{\ }(\bar{r})</math> Für einen geschlossenen Weg um den Zylinder gilt: :<math>\Psi ({{\bar{r}}_{0}})=\Psi \acute{\ }({{\bar{r}}_{0}}){{e}^{i\frac{2e}{\hbar }\oint{\bar{A}(\bar{s})d\bar{s}}}}=\Psi \acute{\ }({{\bar{r}}_{0}})</math> Wegen der Eindeutigkeit der Wellenfunktion folgt daraus aber: :<math>\begin{align} & \frac{2e}{\hbar }\oint{\bar{A}(\bar{s})d\bar{s}}=2\pi n \\ & \oint{\bar{A}(\bar{s})d\bar{s}}={{\Phi }_{B}} \\ \end{align}</math> (Die Wellenfunktion muss sich schließen!) Also ist der eingeschlossene Fluß quantisiert!: :<math>{{\Phi }_{B}}=n{{\Phi }_{0}}</math> mit dem magnetischen Flußquantum :<math>{{\Phi }_{0}}:=\frac{\hbar \pi }{e}=\frac{h}{2e}=2,07\cdot {{10}^{-15}}Vs</math> Also: Wir haben zwei Beispiele für beobachtbare Folgen aus der Invarianz: # Aharanov- Bohm - Effekt # Flussquantisierung in Supraleitern!
